Window Washing

The price on window cleaning factors in:

• Travel

• All equipment costs (ladders, extension poles, squeegees, rags, soap, buckets etc.)

• Labor costs

The price for window cleaning is $5 per window (that means the full window not each individual pane of glass). 

(Larger windows & glass doors may be charged by pane, depending on size)

Add-ons:

• Interior window cleaning $3 (per window) 

• Screen cleaning $2 (per screen) 

• Window frames/sills cleaning $1 (per window) 

• Window well cover cleaning $5 (per window well cover)

• Storm window cleaning $8 (per storm window) *depends on complexity* (in addition to $5 per window)

Garbage Can Cleaning

The price on garbage can cleaning factors in:

• • Travel

  • All equipment costs (Pressure washer, soap, chemicals, hose, extension cord, hand and eye protection etc.)

  • Labor costs

The price for garbage can cleaning is:

• • $20 full size trash can

  • $20 full size recycling can

  • $20 full size compost can

  • $10 for small indoor garbage cans (they must be plastic)

  • $20 per month for all cans

-Includes one cleaning of up to 2 garbage/recycling cans per month.

-Additional cans are $5 each per cleaning.

-Service is billed monthly. Payment is due on your cleaning day.

-Cans must be empty and curbside at the scheduled time on the scheduled cleaning day.

-Missed cleanings due to customer inaccessibility may not be refunded unless given 24-hour notice.

-You can cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next cleaning.

-Payment will be set up using the Venmo scheduled payment feature, or another form of payment.

Please note that we will need access to a hose spigot and an outlet for garbage can cleaning.

Leaf Cleanup

The price on leaf cleanup factors in:

• • Travel

  • All equipment costs (Leaf blower, extension cord, leaf bags, rakes etc.)

  • Labor costs

The price for Leaf cleanup is:

¼ Acre (≈ 10,000 sq ft)  Light: $100–$125   Moderate: $150–$175  Heavy: $200–$225

½ Acre (≈ 21,780 sq ft)  Light: $175–$200   Moderate: $225–$275  Heavy: $300–$350

¾ Acre (≈ 32,670 sq ft)  Light: $250–$300   Moderate: $325–$375  Heavy: $400–$500

1 Acre (≈ 43,560 sq ft)   Light: $300–$350   Moderate: $400–$500  Heavy: $550–$650

Please note we need access to an outlet for the leaf blower and cannot dispose of your leaves. We will place them at the side of your road.
