A deposit may be required for larger jobs and will be discussed before scheduling.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
We accept cash, check, and other payment methods as noted on our pricing page.
We understand things come up. However, cancellations affect our schedule and other customers.
Cancellations made within 8 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
If SouthernMnWindows needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as early as possible, and no cancellation fee will apply.
We stand by our work. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours of service.
We will return to correct any issues free of charge.
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may qualify for a full refund.
Guarantee applies to workmanship only and does not cover:
Issues caused by weather, defective windows, hard water stains, or pre-existing damage
Conditions outside of our control (e.g., cracked seals, leaking frames, or pest damage)
SouthernMnWindows is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to glass, frames, screens, or sills
Broken or damaged window seals
Water intrusion due to faulty installation or poor window design
Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas needing service.
If access is blocked, unsafe, or restricted (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets, icy walkways), we may skip that area or apply an additional charge.
We do not move large furniture or personal items unless arranged in advance.
Your safety and ours come first.
We may reschedule your service due to heavy rain, snow, wind, or extreme temperatures.
We’ll reach out as early as possible if weather forces a change.
Please secure pets indoors or in a safe area before our arrival.
SouthernMnWindows is not responsible for pets escaping or being let out accidentally during service.
Some windows may have permanent hard water stains, mineral deposits, or etching that cannot be removed with regular cleaning.
Older or sun-damaged screens may be fragile or brittle.
While we use gentle techniques, SouthernMnWindows is not liable for damage to weakened screens during standard cleaning.
Certain services may require access to an outdoor faucet or electrical outlet.
If utilities are not available, we may reschedule or apply an equipment fee for alternative solutions.
